About the Owner

Manisha A. Perdereaux, Certified Etiquette Consultant and Owner of Timeless Etiquette Academy, LLC {TEA} teaches the timeless art of proper etiquette through fun and engaging workshops. She is passionate about educating youth and adults on interacting in any social setting with a focus on refinement, character, preparedness, and confidence.

Her Experience

Manisha has worked with youth and adults for over 25 years as a youth leader, choir director, and liturgical dance instructor in her church. She has worked as a Customer Service Manager and Corporate Trainer where she created and developed training manuals and programs with a focus on professionalism, service, and interpersonal skills. She also created call centers for both established and startup companies where she emphasized the values of kindness, excellence, and integrity.

Her Inspiration

At age six she attended her first garden tea party with her grandmother. The elegance and grace of that event made such an impression that it influenced her throughout her life. Having two daughters of her own she wanted to create that same elegance and grace for them. About ten years ago she began hosting dress up tea parties in her home for friends and other young ladies and incorporated etiquette lessons. Seeing the faces of guests light up as they learned new skills, followed by the calls, and compliments received after these events further stirred her desire to become certified in etiquette consulting. After much research she found From the Inside Out School of Etiquette where she obtained her certification. Now as a Certified Etiquette Consultant she teaches courses in Table Etiquette & Protocol, Ladylikeness, Chivalry and much more.

She strongly believes in this quote by C. Thomas, “Good manners will open doors that the best education cannot,” and she is honored to help students walk confidently through those doors.
